NET is shaping the next generation of nationwide digital infrastructure in
Denmark. By rolling out stable, fast and reliable networks, TDC NET can ensure
that the Danish society, including businesses, schools, hospitals and people
are better connected than ever before. As the volume of data continues to grow
exponentially, and new technologies in augmented reality, VR, IoT and
autonomous vehicles etc. become an increasing part of everyday life, more
bandwidth, stability and speed will be required by the network.
TDC NET is maintaining and expanding the infrastructure / network, which
creates the foundation for the stable and reliable services they provide for
their customers. TDC NET is best in class in leveraging infrastructure across
copper, coax, and fiber and will continue to provide faster connections with
the nationwide 5G roll-out and fiber to +1 million households and businesses in
Denmark.
Commercial &
Partners is the commercial and sales organization of TDC NET – and is
responsible for creating and selling products, assemble services within
communications and data transmission to customers, who use the network to
connect Denmark and the world. The Customer Experience team is responsible for
defining, managing, measuring and improving the customer experience across TDC
NET and consists of 3-4 CX Managers and Transformation Managers also working
closely with external top tier management consultants.
Areas of responsibility
To further enhance and help drive the transformation agenda by
formalizing and operationalizing the way of interacting with customers –
including design and implementation of Operating Model and Service Level
Management – TDC NET is now looking for a highly motivated Transformation
Manager. As a Transformation Manager, you will be taking responsibility for owning
transformation sub streams or projects and having end to end responsibility
from scoping to execution and implementation.
The position reports to Head of Customer Experience / SVP of Commercial
Operations, and the position will on a daily basis work directly with e.g. CCO,
Senior Commercial Leadership team, SVP of Commercial Operation and the rest of
the TDC NET organization. You will be navigating in a large organization with a
complex and technical product landscape, requiring technical understanding, commercial
acumen plus great stakeholder management skills.
Primary responsibilities depend on
the candidate’s skills and experience, but likely include:
- Project management of key transformation project streams including e.g. guiding & handling a small team of external consultants and ensure progression
- Mapping of specific customer processes to identify key issues
- Make clear recommendations to improvements and facilitate implementation afterwards
- Drive process optimization from an outside-in perspective
- Facilitate and drive change management & communication in the organization
Location of the position is TDC NET’s Headquarter at
Teglholmsgade in Copenhagen.
Your profile as the desired
candidate
- Master’s degree within e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering - or other background with relevant qualifications with great results
- Approx. 3-5 years of experience – gladly more – e.g. from management consulting or alternatively from an inhouse function in the industry with a focus on projects within transformation, operating models, operations excellence or similar
- “Consultancy toolbox skills”, especially within several of these areas project management, operating model, process optimization and customer focus
- English – and preferably Danish – at negotiation level is a prerequisite
Professional experience and skills form most of your qualifications to succeed
in this role. However, personal characteristics and competencies are equally
important in this position and to fit in the team, which includes:
- You have a customer mindset, and always take an outside-in perspective into everything you do
- You are enthusiastic about what you are doing in your daily work and you take the responsibility of propelling things forward to develop the business as well as develop yourself
- You are team oriented and have great stakeholder management skills - relating well to people and comfortable to be around
- You have strong analytical skills, are a structured problem-solver and able to identify and prioritize improvement areas

The compensation and benefits
package will besides a fixed salary include company paid pension scheme (+ 3% flexible
salary scheme on top) and good package of insurances, TDC Group products etc.
