To further strengthen and deliver on the commercial agenda, Radiometer is now – depending on seniority – seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for Pricing & Business Development. The position is located in the Business Development, Market Intelligence & Pricing team under Vice 
President, Group Marketing. The team consists of 4 talented and skilled employees organized around three main streams: Competitive & Market Intelligence, Voice of the Customer and Pricing and it acts as trusted advisors for the organization. Furthermore, the team is also responsible for insights and intelligence for the yearly strategy process and insights for new product development, M&A etc.


Continuously optimizing strategic pricing strategy and work with business development and new business models to support the growth of revenue and profit

Specific focus for this position is primarily pricing and secondary business development, new business models and strategy. Hence, it has a big impact on driving growth of revenue and profit. The deliverables of this role include to support Radiometer´s business ambitions via developing and executing global pricing strategies, business development, business modelling and provide market access guidance. Main stakeholders that you actively collaborate with are senior management and the marketing organization, Product Management, Clinical and Medical Affairs , R&D , Sales, Finance & Operation. Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

The position is based at Radiometers headquarter in Brønshøj where 1.200 of the nearly 4.000 employees are located. Since the position has a global scope expect 15-20% travel on an annual basis in the position.

Candidate with a strong strategic view, know how on value based pricing and preferably experience with commercial strategy and business development 
You have at least 3-5 years of progressive experience – gladly more – and several of these in one or more of the following areas: pricing management, commercial strategy / ComEx, business development, business analysis – either as a management consultant or from a relevant internal position in a leading company. The compensation and benefits package will be on an attractive level which besides a fixed salary includes bonus and pension scheme.
