The position
For the commercial entity – Commercial & Partners –
TDC NET is now looking for one or more high caliber Product Managers / Senior
Product Managers. The Product Management department with currently 20+
dedicated employees is growing and responsible for developing and maintaining
TDC NET´s total product portfolio ensuring that customers and wholesale
partners will have best possible customer experiences. Customers are well known

As Product Manager you will be responsible for a dedicated product portfolio
within a technology area as Fiber, Coax or Copper. You will have end to end
product lifecycle responsibility including development and maintaining product
plans, responsibility for product development projects, enhance and support
improvement of products already on the market. The Product Manager role is of
strategic importance in order to ensure an attractive, competitive and high quality
product portfolio, which you can heavily influence. The positions as either Product
Manager or Sr. Product Manager are to some extent scalable to match candidate
seniority. Client contact is part of the positions and therefore a customer
oriented “outside in” perspective is vital.
Reporting line is to Head of Product Management whom reports to SVP, Commercial
Operations. You will work directly with senior management and important
stakeholders across the organization including Commercial Management, Sales,
Technology, IT, CX, Strategy and Onsite. Working with complex and cutting-edge
technology, business models, and product management, this role will give a deep
business understanding and can also over time be a stepping stone into even
more senior product- / commercial- / strategy- / leadership positions in TDC
NET. Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain portfolio of product and services within Fiber, Coax or Copper – hereunder portfolio management – to ensure right value proposition, market fit and match to customers´ needs
- Manage product roadmap and delivery plans
- Product Owner in product development projects including gathering and management of e.g. product features, price components, customer journey, processes and systems
- Active management of product lifecycle within portfolio – from concepts to decommissioning
- Market input and business cases in order to evaluate need for product adjustment and development
- Participate in further developing product management and -planning processes
Location of the position is TDC NET’s Headquarter at Teglholmsgade in
Copenhagen.

candidate
Experience and professional competencies:
The ideal candidate:
- A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or similar
- 3-10 years of experience – gladly more – from a company within telco, IT, infrastructure or other relevant industries in positions encompassing for instance product management, portfolio management, commercial management, business development or similar
- A solid toolbox within e.g., product management, propositions, product development and road mapping , ideally in a B2B setting related to technical / IT related products or services
- Superuser of Microsoft Office and being able to transform complex information to clear product visions, value proposition and simple storytelling
- English and Danish at negotiation level is a prerequisite
Personality related capabilities:
- A combination of a tech savvy, customer oriented and commercial mindset in order to find right balance in product offerings
- Enthusiastic about what you are doing in your daily work and you take the responsibility of driving things forward to develop the business as well as yourself
- A team-oriented person with stakeholder management skills
- Business understanding and analytical skills; you are a structured problem-solver and able to identify and prioritize key value creation levers and follow up on them

The compensation and benefits package will besides a fixed salary include company paid pension scheme (+ 3% flexible salary scheme on top) and good package of insurances, TDC Group products etc.
