Ensuring that TDC
NET has talent, leaders and capabilities to enable this transformation journey
is essential for the People & Culture strategy. Therefore, TDC NET seeks an
experienced HRD Consultant to help drive the strategic People & Culture
agenda and with ownership of talent management – with a unique opportunity to
develop the talent agenda, -strategy, -program, -pipeline etc. more or less
from scratch. Hence a position with a lot of impact and buy-in on the talent
agenda from top management whom you will work closely with, which amplifies the
level of the position and seniority required.
The position is
located in the small and newly established Organization Development team of 4
skilled HRD people characterized by an informal atmosphere, dedicated work of
high standards and close collaboration across disciplines where the team helps
each other making well integrated solutions and have fun. The team drives
strategic HR projects, talent management, leadership development, performance
management, engagement, surveys, diversity, hybrid work and similar. Each
person in the team is lead on one or more areas, yet still working broad and
closely together to provide integrated HR concepts, solutions and processes to
be applied by top management, business units and HR Business Partners
supporting the organization.
Areas
of responsibility
As Sr. HRD
Consultant, Talent Management Lead your primary focus will be developing TDC
NET´s talent approach to ensure that it is linked to the business strategy and
drive the talent agenda in close collaboration with HR Business Partners in the
respective business units. In addition, you will be working with a broad range
of projects within the organization development space handled by the
Organizational Development team. You will report to the VP, Head of
Organization Development who reports to Chief HR Officer. Main stakeholders are
top management, also on C-level, HR Business Partners and external HRD
providers. Key areas of responsibilities and tasks will be to:
- Identify - in collaboration with senior management and HR - the need for future talent and capabilities and develop a talent approach to enable the business
- Define the talent strategy, -roadmap and equip leaders and HR Business Partners to work effectively with talent management
- Develop, implement and drive talent initiatives, -programs- and -processes to amplify and support business performance through HR Business Partners and leaders
- Organizational review, strategic workforce management, talent pipeline and succession planning
- Drive, deliver and / or support a broad range of HRD / organizational development and projects executed by the team
- Work with and manage external suppliers within the HRD and talent management area
Location
of the position is TDC NET’s Headquarter at Teglholmsgade in Copenhagen. The
position entails a good work life balance and flexible work. Expect limited yearly
travel, mainly to TDC NET´s office outside Aarhus.
Your profile as the desired
candidate
- M.Sc. degree in e.g. HR, Psychology, Business, Economics or similar, alternatively a Business Diploma in Organization (HD O)
- At least 5-8 years of relevant HR experience – gladly more! – from either HRD / organizational development roles or from HR Manager / Partner roles where HRD and talent management has been a substantial part and from larger Danish or international companies of significant size and complexity
- Have experience in developing and driving HRD and / or talent management projects, concepts and initiatives and experience in maturing and enhancing HR deliveries and -processes
- It would be an advantage – not a must – if you have a broad HR experience with a spike in HRD / talent management and already have experience defining and designing an agenda from scratch
- Proven ability to lead work / projects across business units / functions effectively
- Comfortable in working with senior stakeholders, also on C-level
- Proficiency in Danish & English and strong communication skills

the personal level you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, high
integrity and good at building report on all levels of the organization.

The compensation and benefits package will besides a fixed salary include
company paid pension scheme (+ 3% flexible salary scheme on top) and good
