Consulting Services help businesses and organizations to identify, build and carry through transformation programs that will improve growth and sharpen their competitive edge on a long-term basis.

Outsourcing Services manage, wholly or partially, over several years, IT systems for applications and infrastructures of a client (or a group of clients), and their associated business processes such as Business Process Outsourcing. 

Sogeti delivers professional technology services to suit local requirements for infrastructure, applications, engineering, testing and operations.

To strengthen and realize synergies and to ensure an integrated go-to-market strategy in Denmark between the two sister companies, Capgemini and Sogeti, they were merged into one company Capgemini Sogeti Danmark A/S in 2014. Capgemini Sogeti Denmark is a Sogeti SBU entity located with Danish headquarters south to Copenhagen in Vallensbæk Strand. This affiliate is a ~40 million Eur annual revenue business with around 300 headcounts onshore and also offshore. The Danish market is growing and the business opportunities are significant. The entity is currently focused primarily on 3 markets Testing, Digital and Application Development.

Subsequently, Capgemini Sogeti Danmark is a system integration company developing, integrating, testing and maintaining systems and applications for clients and also delivers enterprise architecture and project-, program- og service management. In that sense, it is end-to-end solutions, which are delivered to clients.

Central technologies for Capgemini Sogeti Danmark is Salesforce, Java / Open Source, Episerver and Microsoft technologies as .NET, ASP.NET, SharePoint, Windows Azure and Microsoft Expression. Further growth and an increased number of employees is expected in the Danish affiliate over the coming years.

Responsibilities
To lead the Danish Finance organization Capgemini Sogeti Danmark is now seeking for an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer who can optimize financial process, enhance financial business partnering for top management and take the finance function to the next level. Business impact is huge and you also take part of Capgemini Sogeti´s Danish management team.

 

As Chief Financial Officer, you will be in charge of all financial matters in the Danish affiliate of the company. You head a team of one Financial- & Project Controller, one Business Controller and a Payroll Manager as well as you manage and take responsibilities for the outsourced transactions of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables (located in internal shared services centers in Poland and India). In addition, management responsibility for a procurement professional and a receptionist.

 

The CFO role is broad with responsibilities over financial controlling and reporting, accounting, business controlling, budgeting, forecasting and team management. The CFO holds a critical role in the management team of the entity in particular in the deployment of the growth strategy and day-to-day operations.

 

Through the contribution of your team, you will play a key role in optimizing financial processes and the overall financial performance of the Danish legal entity. The position reports in solid line to Sogeti Europe CFO and in dotted line to CEO for the Danish affiliate. You will be part of the Danish country management team of the company.

 

Regional periodical reporting is in the Hyperion consolidation system and the company reporting is in accordance with IFRS. Rolling forecasts are made on a monthly basis. ERP system in the company is Oracle. The  CFO position spans from a strategic to a more hand-on finance analytical perspective. Key responsibility areas for the position are described below:

 

    ·       Responsible for all finance aspects for the Danish legal entity and its business units

    ·       Key advisor and financial sparring partner for CEO, including participation in business reviews

    ·       Responsible for financial controlling, accounting and financial statements

    ·       Ensure accurate financial reporting in time to Nordic / Group (reporting and consolidation),               explain financial figures and follow up on deviations

    ·       Business and project controlling in close cooperation with Delivery Directors

    ·       Active participation in business proposal reviews with regards to financial matters and participate    in business development from a financial perspective

    ·       Prepare budgets and strategic plans in collaboration with country management team

    ·       Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

    ·       Handling contact with and follow up on internal and external audits / auditors

    ·       Cash and liquidity management

    ·       Focus on financial process optimization and reducing costs

    ·       Active participation in Finance community to share best practices, create a best in class forum,      drive standardization and improvement opportunities

    ·       Ad hoc finance related assignments and active participation in global initiatives launched by             Group including participation to global shared services

 

 

Expect 5-20 days of traveling a year. Location of the position is Delta Park 40, 2665 Vallensbæk Strand.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree within auditing or finance (cand.merc.aud, FIR, MAC, AEF, Cand.polit / Oecon) or similar. On top of cand.merc.aud, you may also be State Authorized Public Accountant.

The Chief Financial Officer has at least 10-12 years of professional experience within finance / controlling / auditing and / or accounting. Some of your experience could be from a leading auditing company.  Your recent role could be either CFO, Finance Manager, Head of Controlling or a Senior Controller position and it will be a clear advantage if you have experience with both business and financial controlling aspects.  The candidate profile should hold the following features:

 

    ·       Solid experience with IFRS, finance and reporting standards

    ·       Experience with budgeting and forecasting

    ·       Experience with reporting to parent companies / HQ based abroad preferred

    ·       Experience with financial process optimization and some business development experience            preferred

    ·       Experience with ERP / financial systems preferably Hyperion and Oracle

    ·       People management experience

    ·       MS Excel super user and knowledge of Hyperion is an advantage

    ·       Communicates clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing
